I am very glad to have a chance to enjoy ideas with you. First of all, let me introduce myself. My name is Luoxingzhu. I was born in 1994. I come from Class 82. Tonight I want to talk about how to keep healthy.
Now our life is becoming better and better and many people are becoming richer and richer. People are beginning to pay more attention to their health. They begin to realize that health is the most valuable possession than anything else. However, many people don't know how to keep healthy. It's important for us to be healthy all our life. We can't study or work well if we are not healthy. How can we keep healthy then? In my opinion, there are three things we can do to be healthy.
First, we should keep taking exercises every day because life depends on exercise. We can walk to school instead of taking a bus. After school, we can spend an hour playing ball games. Second, we should have a balanced diet. This is the most important. We should eat more vegetables and fruit. We should eat less meat and the foods with lots of sugar. At last, we should have a good rest and a good attitude to our life.
All in all, we should do what we can to keep ourselves healthy so that we can see the beautiful world and enjoy our life. As a saying goes, “Early to bed, early to rise is the way to keep healthy, wealthy and wise.”
