In some cities of America, many people ride scooters（脚踏车）.Scooters can be helpful. They help make it so there are fewer cars on the road. This means less traffic. At the same time, it saves energy（能源）.Scooters also give people a way to get to different places around the city easily for less money.
Some people say they cause many problems, however.
