A: We would like you to ship back the entire consignment to us and we will send you a replacement right away. B: OK. Will do.

A: I'm looking for someone who can explain to me a certain product of yours. B: What about it? I may possibly be of help.
A: Well, I bought your machine in America and I tried it here in Taiwan, but it doesn't work.
B: Could you tell me what your model number is? A: It's SOP-202, an amplifier.
B: So, it's our amplifier No. SOP-202, isn't it? I'll find the person in charge and let him talk to you. Can you hold on? A: Yes. I can.
A: 可以。
faulty materials in the consignment
Because they're not careful about quality control, there are some faulty materials in this consignment.
Thank you for your compliment.
至于赞许别人则可说 \"pay (give) a compliment to (someone)\"。 A: You're the best choice for this job. B: Thank you for your compliment.
Will do.
A: I want you to reschedule the meeting and inform everybody. B: Will do.
What we are looking for is a firm commitment on the part of the management.
be of help 帮忙;协助
可用 \"great\"、\"some\" 或 \"little\" 来形容助益的程度。
A well-trained dog is of great help to the blind.
而 \"in charge of something\" 则是说‘管理某事;担任某事之主管;看管某事’;\"in charge of someone\" 则是说 ‘照顾某人’。 The personnel manager is in charge of recruiting, arranging training courses, etc...
1. I'm sorry to inform you of this, but we found that.... 2. I hate to tell you this, but....
3. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but we.... 4. I don't like to have to bring this up, but we....
1. What would you like us to do? 2. Do you have any suggestions?
3. How do you suggest this be handled? 4. What can we do to fix things?
1. I'm looking for someone who can ....
2. I'm looking for whoever is in charge of....
3. I'd like to talk to the person responsible for.... 4. I'd like to be connected to your person who handles....
\"I'm looking for someone who can ....\"是用于说话者不知道谁是负责某事务的人,而请接听者帮忙转接。
1. What about it? I may possibly be of help.
2. You can talk to me. I may be familiar with the situation. 3. Perhaps you can tell me. I'm sure I can be of assistance. 4. Can you explain it to me? Maybe I can help you out.
\"What about it?\" 是请对方说明问题,而后一句 -- \"I may possibly be of help.\" 则表示自己乐于协助。
